Relationship between attachment style and sociometric status in working group

The content of this bachelor thesis is an insight into the topic of attachment in the workplace. It is examined wheter there is a statistical significant relationship between attachment style and sociometric status. The research set consists of 8 teams and 7 of them is from the commercial sphere. In this work was used quantitative design and the data was collected through a questionnaire. The basic premise of the study was that individuals with low avoidance and anxiousness scores higher in popularity and influence in the collective. Organization Development Intervention Options: a selected organization example

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the analysis of the concrete construction company, especially by an interpretation of gathered data, which were reached from members of chosen working group in the organization and then it is aimed at the possibility of the application of interventions using in the company. The concrete working group is mainly composed of members of administrative organization part. The objective of the work is based on the diagnosis of an internal and an external background of the company and on the consequential giving the feedback to the client about an implementing the interventions. This diagnosis is made with help of special methods and techniques: interviews, SWOT analysis, association training and sociometric test. The final recommendation is mainly oriented in planning concrete interventions in the company and it is also partially based on the whole potential consultant's implementing process step by step. For this possible realizing of the consultant's process the work tries to illustrate global time plan and then it also warns, that there could be certain difficulties, which could appear in the phase of the implementation. The use of winter activities and games in nature and their impact on the social dynamics of adolescents

Aims: The aim is to assess the effect of the two-month program using games and activities in the nature of social relationships in a group of adolescents. Methods: The research group consisted of 17 girls aged 13 and 14 years. The girls were divided into two groups. The group intervention program completed a two-month ski lessons with additional features activities and games in the winter nature. In the control group ran a classic ski training. Social relations in the group were assessed based on the survey using sociometric rating method Class compass, preferential methods of recording and sociometric questions. Results: In the group with the program based on the method class compass was recorded 27 positive choices regarding sympathy and influence in the first polling, 23 in the second and 30 in the third. The point value of mutual sympathy by preferential entry fell from 461 to 419 points and third interviews increased again to 450 points. For the first sociometric questions of social cohesion index value decreased from 0.81 to 0.67 and 0.31, the second was an increase of 0.28 to 0.58, and then drop to 0.33. Title: Interpersonal relationships and attitudes of a basketball women team Objectives: The main aim of this work is to explore interpersonal relationships in women basketball team and after that giving a feedback to the head coach of this team. The next goal is to briefly outline suggestions for players for improvement in the area of communication, relations and training process. Methods: I used a variety of methods in my thesis, the most relevant of which are the questionnaire methods or for example the sociogram method and interview. Results: The results of my work revealed both positive and negative aspects. The thesis shows that many things can be improved in this team, for example relationships and qualities of each player. On the other hand, many of the relationship connections are mutual and many of the players are aware of her roles in this team. The first section of the thesis examines characteristics of individual growing and evolving profiles of eight year old children. The second part of the thesis describes the attributes of a small social group, its social positioning, structures and social roles. The final section of the paper deals with the methods, diagnosis of social positions especially among friends and a description of the research itself. Training of young athletes. The effect of athletic training on a sportsman's personality. Objectives: The main objectives of this work was analysed effect of athletic training in the athletic group from athletic club TJ Jäkl Karviná during their sport's developement. We researched what athletic training have effects on a personality of sportsman and how is structured group by sociometry investigation. Further we evaluated training, tests and functions of training system in these group. Methods: In our work we used empirical methods of pedagogical research. We investigated position of athletes in these group within questionary and sociometry test. For analysis we used all accessible training notations, tests and videorecordings. Results: We came to a conclusion that expertly guideed training has positive influence on the personality development of sportsman and his incorporation to the society. Controlled and planned training contributed to better sports performance and showed up like as positive for stimulation of condition, health state and universal development of human. Social status of the integrated student with Asperger syndrome in the class

The goal of this diploma thesis is to map the issue of social integration of students with Asperger syndrome into a regular class of elementary school. The theoretical part is based on analysis of publications related to the topic. It deals with the description of the Asperger syndrome diagnosis and its symptoms, the concept of integration, mainly the integration of a student with Asperger syndrome, and the issue of classroom climate and the possibilities of its diagnostics and development. The practical part is based on the theoretical part. In it, the author focuses on the analysis of social status of integrated students with Asperger syndrome. Sociometrical techniques are combined with projective method and both are supplemented with a questionnaire for teachers and qualitative methods, primarily interviews with teachers and observation in class. Bakalářská práce Gender analysis of the results of SO-RA-D. ANNOTATION The bachelor thesis is focused on the secondary analysis of results of SO-RA-D in 50 classrooms. Data is analysed with accent on gender analysis of relationships in classrooms. The theoretical part deals with an introduction to gender studies, gender ontogeny, structure of the school classroom and the connection between gender and school. The practical part is focused on three pieces of research: gender analysis of age group, gender specifics in classrooms and the characteristics of children in peripheral positions.
